I can honestly state there are very few of you I would want to see at a nudist camp. Niki, Lake, Gae and D2 are exceptions. And reason. Seeing reason nude would make me feel so much better about my own looks... [img]cool.gif[/img]

Unless there are any objections here is the menu:

Cold Antipasto:
Meats - Proscuitto, Capacola, Genoa Salami
Cheeses - Fresh Mozzarella, Provolone, Fontana
Fresh vegetables - Lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, celery
Cured vegetables - Artichoke harts, mushrooms, black and green olives, capers, cauliflower, roasted red peppers
Lots of EVO and Balsamic vinegar

Rigatoni with red meat sauce:
Meats - Sweat and hot sausage, beef short ribs, braciole (stuffed flank steak)

Broccoli saut?ed in EVO with garlic

Italian bread

And everyone is invited, even if you voted no. We will need to know who is comming by the 22nd so we can shop.

I can't do the 25, it is my buddies birtday and we are going to Famous Dave's (as his name is Dave) and then playing in a poker tournement ($25 dollar buy-ins, can do it twice). Plus with what Trav made last time, I ight have to stop in nd give it a try.
